Payroll Coordinator Transdev in Las Vegas, Nevada is hiring a Payroll Coordinator. The Payroll Coordinator assists the Finance Manager in all aspects of the daily payroll functions. We are seeking customer service professionals who are detail oriented and dedicated to safety. Pay & Benefits Competitive compensation package of $25.75 - $32.00/hour Vacation: minimum of two 2 weeks Sick days: 5 days Holidays: 10 days; 6 standard and 4 floating 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, voluntary long‑term disability. Key Responsibilities Assists with calculating employees’ hours from timecards and timekeeping systems; ensures that all employees are paid on time and accurately. Prepares ADP enterprise entries; prepares and issues paychecks. Updates financial records including manifest, billing, payroll, invoices, and reconciliations. Troubleshoots payroll issues; verifies the accuracy of figures and computations. Responds to employee questions regarding all types of payroll questions. Maintains data including file backups and documentation files. Balances and reconciles payroll accounts; prepares periodic reports of earnings, taxes, and deductions; may keep records of leave pay and nontaxable wages. Maintains confidentiality of all information. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. 2 to 4 years of relevant payroll experience, including ADP experience. Demonstrates leadership qualities and is a self‑starter. Excellent time management skills. Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment. Computer literacy: 10‑Key, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Physical requirements: able to move around the office and between floors; utilize standard office equipment; access filing systems; communicate effectively in person or by telephone; available for flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays; may respond to emergencies outside regular hours. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
