Accounts Payable Specialist Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a leading company in the Middlebury, IN area, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced accounting professional with strong Excel skills looking for a stable, 1st shift position. Accounts Payable Specialist Job Summary:
• Pay: $23.00 an hour
• Shift: 1st Shift, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
• Process and post accounting transactions
• Prepare and maintain various accounting reports
• Perform accounts payable functions and data entry
• Utilize Excel to organize, analyze, and report financial information
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records
• Work with internal teams to ensure transactions are processed accurately Qualifications:
• Previous accounting or accounts payable experience required
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Experience posting accounting transactions
• Ability to prepare and understand accounting reports
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Oracle experience is a plus
