Job Title Office 365 Tenant Administrator Role Profile Manage and support the Office 365 tenant and hybrid Exchange environment, ensuring seamless integration and operation between on‑premises and cloud services. What You will be Doing Handle end‑to‑end messaging email systems (Exchange Server and Exchange Online) Provide technical leadership, implementation, and day‑to‑day support for on‑premises and Office 365 environments Develop, maintain, support, and optimise the collaboration platform Monitor and perform operational work, review changes, and complete user requests What You will Bring Experience with Office 365 and Exchange Online; 3rd tier support for messaging escalated issues Support for Office 365 services including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive Experience with Microsoft Exchange 2016 or later Supporting a hybrid Office 365 environment with on‑premises Exchange integration Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and Entra ID (Azure AD); Microsoft certifications preferred Patch and configuration management of Microsoft Exchange, policy configuration, SMTP relay, and email routing Reliability and scalability of Office 365 services Major Incident Management – root cause analysis and post‑incident recommendations Documentation, presentation of new insights, and process improvement Root cause analysis and troubleshooting of hardware/software according to vendor procedures Monitoring review, alert action, and threshold optimisation Timely prioritisation and completion of support requests, projects, and tasks Project ownership and leadership for enterprise and client system optimisation Policy, strategy, and procedure development and documentation Customer focus with attention to detail Commitment to continuous learning Availability for evening and weekend work as required Financial industry experience and knowledge of terminology, business functions, and processes Excellent listening, questioning, and communication skills for client interactions Infrastructure project leadership, resource planning, and detailed execution plans Core Technical Skills 5+ years equivalent work experience 3+ years Office 365/Exchange support experience Strong technical skills in Exchange 2016+, Office 365, Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD) Hands‑on troubleshooting, problem solving, and change management Preferred Technical Skills Microsoft Office 365 certifications Mimecast experience PowerShell scripting Power Platform Microsoft Purview ServiceNow Career Stage Senior Associate Equal Opportunity LSEG is a proud equal‑opportunity employer.
