West Chester Surgical Suites is hiring a PRN Surgical Assistant! West Chester Surgical Suites, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a dedicated Surgical Assistant to join our esteemed team. As a Surgical Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients, while upholding our core beliefs of value, integrity, continuity, accessibility, and community engagement. Responsibilities The primary responsibility of this position is to assist in providing care of the surgical patient in the operating room (O.R.) suite. Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent. Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center strongly preferred. Must possess a strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient. Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation. Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed.
