Business Development Officer

Overview Business Development Officer with DreamSpring (Albuquerque, NM) Under direct supervision of the Chief Engagement Officer (or designee), the Business Development Officer is responsible for achieving organizational loan, lending, and growth objectives. Proactively identifies and generates new business opportunities for the organization, develops and cultivates relationships with prospective clients, existing clients and referral partners, including banks and other nonprofit organizations. Effectively manages relationships and applications for successful structuring of credit accounts. Structures and maintains credit accounts, monitors portfolio performance, and ensures compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Maintains pipeline of client opportunities, negotiates solutions, and provides strategic recommendations to support organizational growth. Ensures confidentiality of all privileged information. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or closely related field.
