Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing well-researched methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation to ensure compliance with organizational standards and to track patient progress accurately.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals – including physicians, nurses, and other mental health specialists – to provide comprehensive care.

• Educate patients and their families about mental wellness, providing them with the tools and resources necessary to navigate their mental health journeys.

• Stay abreast of developments in the mental health field through continuous education and training, ensuring that your practice is informed by the latest research.

Compensation and Benefits\n
