NTT DATA currently seeks a Hybrid Growth Operator to join our client as for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity in Irvine, CA.

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a high-agency Growth Operator to help expand awareness and adoption of the largest agricultural health plan trust in the country. This is not a traditional marketing, sales, or coordinator role. We're looking for someone who can identify opportunities, build relationships, run experiments, and drive measurable business growth. Role Responsibilities:

• Find and engage agricultural employers who aren't yet familiar with our client
• Build relationships with brokers, partners, and industry stakeholders
• Run outreach campaigns and growth experiments
• Use internal data and market signals to identify opportunities
• Create messaging, proposals, and sales enablement materials
• Measure success through opportunities created and new business generated

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, business development, sales, or related field
• 1+ year of proficiency with AI productivity and marketing tools
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferences:

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills desirable
• Experience within healthcare, employee benefits, insurance, agriculture, or related industries preferred
• California Life & Health Insurance License

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($130k - $160k/annual). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
