Mosquito Shield of Waukesha is hiring Seasonal Pest Control Technicians.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, values independence, and takes pride in doing quality work that customers truly appreciate.
We are a locally owned team that believes great technicians deserve clear expectations, strong support, and the trust to own their routes.
What You’ll Do
Technicians provide outdoor pest control treatments at residential properties throughout Waukesha County.
Most days you will:
Follow a clearly mapped service route
Walk residential properties and assess conditions
Apply mosquito, tick and perimeter treatments
Deliver friendly, professional customer experiences
Document services using our mobile system
This is structured, repeatable work — but you are never on your own without support.

Training & Certification
All technicians receive paid training and support to:
Prepare for required state certification
Learn proper application methods
Follow safety and compliance standards
Successfully manage an independent route
Certification milestones are recognized and rewarded.
Pay & Benefits
Paid training starting at $18/hour
Typical in-season earnings: $22–$25/hour based on performance and reliability
Monthly healthcare stipend
End-of-season completion bonus

Schedule
Seasonal: Through mid-October
Full-time hours may be available during peak season
Typical daytime routes with some schedule flexibility
Requirements
Valid driver’s license with clean record
Ability to perform physical outdoor work
Comfortable working independently
Willingness to learn and follow safety standards
