As a second-generation agent, this business is something I truly value, and I bring decades of experience and commitment to both my customers and team. I'm a graduate of SUNY Brockport with a Bachelor of Science degree. Our office is also dog-friendly, creating a relaxed and welcoming environment for both team members and visitors. As account representative for Ray Haynes State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
