American Trademark Construction Services, Inc. headquartered in Englewood, OH was established in 1995 and identified a specific market in the Midwest. ATCS has concentrated its efforts on providing complete turn‑key construction services in design/build, general contracting, and construction management. As a long‑term business plan, ATCS continues to improve its position as a full‑service construction firm. The project manager is the on‑site supervisor, working collaboratively with the project team and owner to successfully deliver a quality project that exceeds all expectations. This position does require travel within Ohio and surrounding states during the weekdays and home on the weekends. Responsibilities Initiates and maintains relationships with clients, subcontractors and vendors Final review of payment applications Assists in creating and carrying out a job specific safety plan Ensures a quality control plan is developed and implemented Manages the procurement process including labor, equipment, materials and subcontracts Participates in all preconstruction services Support and manage project superintendents Oversees start‑up and commissioning Manages project close out Skills and Requirements Self‑starter and planner Professional, dependable and ethical Ability to supervise and lead a construction team to a successful completion Ability to establish and maintain relationship with clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of building plans and specifications Problem‑solving and multitasking is required Ability to plan ahead for short and long‑term activities Ability to implement a plan and follow through to a successful completion Knowledgeable in trade responsibilities, building products, equipment, construction methods Resourceful in solving problems Computer literate and familiar with Word, Excel, Outlook functions Benefits ATCS rewards its staff with competitive compensation and benefits packages, including medical, vision, dental, disability, and life insurance; company funded 401k; paid holidays; paid time off; continuing education opportunities; company vehicle; paid travel (per diem and hotel); staff outings and social events. #J-18808-Ljbffr American Trademark Construction Services, Inc.
