Recruiter PositionWe are seeking a driven and professional Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process and support hiring initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet workforce needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leadership.ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.Create and post job advertisements across appropriate recruiting platforms.Source candidates through: job boards, professional networks, internet searches, internal and external databases, referral programs.Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews.Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and gather feedback.Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.Facilitate offer discussions and assist with compensation negotiations.Extend employment offers and support new hire onboarding activities.Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation.Manage multiple open positions and competing priorities simultaneously.Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and business leaders.Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and hiring strategy initiatives.Promote equal employment opportunity and fair hiring practices.Provide recruitment support across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership and executive roles.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates.Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and candidate sourcing methods.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficiency with recruiting systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.Preferred QualificationsExperience recruiting across multiple business functions and job levels.Experience supporting executive or senior leadership hiring.Knowledge of compensation practices and offer negotiations.Experience working within a corporate or agency recruiting environment.Familiarity with employment laws, equal employment practices, and talent acquisition best practices.Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.Key SkillsFull-Cycle RecruitingTalent AcquisitionCandidate SourcingInterviewingResume ScreeningOffer NegotiationStakeholder ManagementRelationship BuildingWorkforce PlanningApplicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Recruiting StrategyCommunicationTime ManagementProblem Solving
