This role aligns business objectives with employees and management in assigned functions, develops partnerships across the organization to deliver value-added services, and provides HR policy guidance and interpretation to management and employees.In this role, you will partner with leaders and employees on employee relations, performance management, hiring, training needs, and day-to-day HR guidance. You will also analyze trends and metrics, support regulatory compliance, and help strengthen work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention across the business.At a GlanceLocation: Dallas, TX, Austin, TX or Fort Worth, TXDiscipline: Human ResourcesOwnership: 100% employee-owned (ESOP)Travel: Up to 25%Work Schedule: Full-time, hybridSponsorship: Not availableWhat You'll DoParticipate in regular meetings with respective Client Executives and teamsAnalyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policiesManage and resolve employee relations issuesConduct effective, thorough, and objective investigationsUnderstand basic legal principles and seek out additional information as needed to support day-to-day management, reduce legal risks, and support regulatory compliancePartner with the legal department and HR Leadership as needed/requiredProvide HR and Performance Management guidance to team management through regularly scheduled meetings and ongoing discussions, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actionsWork closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retentionRecruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions, and collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openingsAssist with the facilitation of Visa Sponsorships and related HR mattersWork in conjunction with HR Leadership to help identify training needs for disciplines, teams, and individual coaching needsWhat You'll BringRequiredEducation and ExperienceEducationBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or related field, requiredExperienceMinimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources preferredProfessional Human Resources certification preferred; PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRMSkills and AbilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacyAble to keep information confidential and securedStrong customer service skillsAbility to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policiesAbility to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factorsExcellent time management, organizational, analytical and problem solving skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriateThorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulationsFamiliarity with human resource information systems (HRIS) and/or the ability to quickly learn computer applications;
