About the Role

Insurance experience is not required. We’re open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, and sales. We’ll provide the training and support you need to learn the insurance industry and succeed in your role.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with questions, requests, and day-to-day insurance needs.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Help resolve customer concerns and find solutions.
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and other channels.
• Maintain accurate customer and policy information.
• Support the agency team with administrative and customer service tasks.
• Learn insurance products, coverage options, and agency processes.
• Build positive, lasting relationships with customers.

What You'll Do
In this role, you'll balance exceptional customer service with relationship-building and sales opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide friendly, professional service to new and existing customers.
• Answer questions regarding policies, billing, claims, and coverage options.
• Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, and account updates.
• Build lasting relationships by understanding each customer's unique needs.
• Educate customers on insurance products and recommend coverage that fits their goals.
• Follow up with leads, referrals, and existing clients to strengthen relationships and generate new business.
• Prepare insurance quotes and explain coverage options in an easy-to-understand way.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products that provide greater protection.
• Maintain accurate customer records and agency documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and contribute to a positive team environment.
