### About the Role




We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive cross-domain technology projects, including high-impact initiatives such as Project Phoenix and SHUSA processes (OAG, ARF, ARB). The ideal candidate will have a background in technical project management, software architecture fundamentals, and experience coordinating cross-functional teams in complex IT environments.

### Key Responsibilities




- Lead and coordinate cross-functional technology teams to deliver project objectives on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects to design application architectures and document technical solutions.
- Organize and facilitate architecture review meetings, presenting solutions to Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Infrastructure, and other governance forums.
- Assist with technical solution documentation, ensuring clarity and completeness for stakeholders and governance bodies.
- Track project deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and risks using agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment and transparency across business and technical teams.
- Support on-premises to cloud migration initiatives, with a focus on AWS services and cloud architecture principles.
- Ensure all architecture decisions and governance feedback are documented and addressed promptly.

### Must Have Skills




- Technical project management experience in software development or IT architecture environments.
- Basic understanding of software architecture , application design, and cloud computing concepts.
- Basic knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture principles.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodology , Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Experience coordinating technical teams, managing project deliverables, and tracking progress.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

### Other Requirements




- Proven experience assisting Solutions Architects or technical teams with architecture design and technical documentation.
- Experience coordinating architecture reviews with Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Infrastructure, and other technology governance teams.
- Ability to organize technical review meetings, track feedback, and ensure architecture decisions are properly documented and actioned.
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical projects, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.

- Familiarity with AWS networking, compute, and storage services .
- Experience supporting on-premises to cloud migrations, especially with AWS.
- Exposure to complex enterprise environments involving multiple stakeholders and governance frameworks.
