The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care for patients in an Emergency Department setting.Responsibilities\n \n Deliver nursing care to patients of all ages including newborns, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.\n Triaging and managing acute patient conditions such as stroke, sepsis, trauma, myocardial infarction, cardiac arrest, and respiratory failure.\n Utilize specialty equipment including Rapid Infusor and Arctic Sun.\n Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of effective patient care.\n Participate in the charge nursing role as needed.\n Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including floating to different areas as required.\n Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n \n Current and active New York State RN license.\n Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Department nursing, including pediatric experience.\n Travel experience required.\n Current AHA certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC.\n Skills checklist that matches nursing specialty.\n Valid driver's license with an address that matches demographic information.\n EMR experience with EPIC.\n Why ARMStaffing?\n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
