LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with physicians, family members, and other healthcare professionals

• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain current knowledge and skills

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care and achieve positive patient outcomes
