Your Role

• Dominate the floor no hiding in the corner. Youre the reason people ride out of here with something loud, fast, and unforgettable.

• Know your stuff if you cant talk confidently about Desmodromic valves or boxer engines, youre in the wrong business.

• Test rides, deals, follow-ups, closes you own the sales process end-to-end.

• Chase knowledge if a customer knows more than you, thats embarrassing.

• Keep the bull low, and the standards high professionalism doesnt mean soft. It means sharp.

• Crush your numbers this is a performance-driven role. Want a participation trophy? Try retail.
