The Opportunity

We are actively building a Talent Pipeline across our regions to connect with individuals who want to grow with a brand that is scaling quickly and thoughtfully.

Where You Can Make an Impact

Leadership & Management

• General Manager & Assistant General Manager: To lead our restaurants with a focus on hospitality, team development, and operational excellence.

• Kitchen Manager & Assistant Kitchen Manager: To oversee our culinary operations, ensuring every dish meets our standards and high-quality execution.

Front of House Operations

• Shift Leads: The essential leaders on the floor who ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Baristas, Smoothie Prep & Cashiers: The face of our brand, providing professional service and product expertise with a warm, welcoming energy.

Culinary & Back of House

• Line Cooks & Prep Cooks: Executing our chef-driven menu with precision, consistency, and care.

• Dishwashers: Maintaining the high standards of cleanliness that define our brand.
