Account Manager / Specialty Account Manager – Tepezza (Endo) Territory covers: Cleveland, Akron, Canton, Youngstown, and Erie, PA What You Will Do In this vital role you will be responsible for representing TEPEZZA to physicians and health‑care professionals, establishing product sales, and performing total territory account management. The Specialty Account Manager provides account management support to accounts within a specific geography, serves as the central account manager, and drives product demand while coordinating field teams to address account needs. Responsibilities Develop a comprehensive territory business plan to achieve and exceed annual sales goals. Promote TEPEZZA in accordance with approved labeling and all legal & regulatory guidelines. Address access, pull‑through, and reimbursement issues by coordinating with stakeholders. Build strong customer relationships by understanding needs and communicating them to internal teams. Consistently meet or exceed corporate sales goals. Communicate territory activity accurately and timely as directed. Drive product demand through education on disease state and product information. Provide feedback on the market environment and results to sales and business unit leadership. Adhere to the company’s compliance policies, including the PhRMA code. Work closely with patient services and market access teams to achieve business goals. Coordinate with Horizon field teams to support full range of account needs. Educate healthcare professionals and office staff on site‑of‑care options. Attend medical congresses and society meetings as needed. Manage promotional and operational budgets. Maximize use of approved resources to achieve territory and account goals. Complete all company training classes. Complete administrative duties accurately and timely. Function as a contributing member of a high‑performance team. Perform any other tasks requested by the company. What We Expect Of You Basic Qualifications (Account Manager Level 4) Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of sales experience in pharma, biotech, medical device, or hospital sales. Associate degree + 6 years of sales experience in the same fields. High school diploma/GED + 8 years of sales experience in the same fields. Basic Qualifications (Specialty Account Manager Level 5) Doctorate + 2 years of account management, sales, and commercial experience. Master’s degree + 6 years of account management, sales, and commercial experience. Bachelor’s degree + 8 years of account management, sales, and commercial experience. Associate degree + 10 years of account management, sales, and commercial experience. Preferred Qualifications Buy‑and‑bill experience or biologic/infusion experience. Sales experience in endocrinology, ophthalmology, or rare/specialty disease states. Site‑of‑care and reimbursement experience. Experience working with institutions and integrated delivery networks. Pharma account management selling experience and coordination across field teams. Approximately 80 % travel, including overnight and weekend commitments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Professional, proactive demeanor. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Compensation The annual base salary range for the Account Manager opportunity in the U.S. is $145,311 – $196,597. The range for the Specialty Account Manager opportunity is $150,628 – $203,790. Actual salary will vary based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
