D365 F&O Delivery Director

Reports To Chief Operating Officer (COO); member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT)Direct Reports Delivery Managers Project ManagersExecutive Summary This is a regional Delivery Director / General Manager of Delivery Operations role, with P&L, people leadership, customer success, and strategic delivery responsibility across the Americas. We're looking for a highly experienced delivery leader who can manage a large-scale software implementation organization, drive profitable growth, develop delivery talent, establish governance standards, partner closely with Sales and Finance, and ensure successful customer outcomes across a multi-country region. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with strong operational execution and commercial acumen.Why This Role, Why Now This is a high-urgency, business-critical hire. The successful candidate will step into an established, high-performing organization and be expected to make an impact quickly.The Role Oversee 4–5 Delivery Managers across the US and European regions, each leading teams of 10–15 people This individual will be the newest member of an established Delivery Manager leadership group — a great opportunity to bring fresh perspective and new ways of working Must be based in the US, working US time zones Will act as a front-of-house partner to the sales team, supporting the sales cycle and client relationships directly Should have consulting experience earlier in their career No prior experience in the client's industry is required — full training will be provided on the company's proprietary delivery methodology Experience Requirements Essential 12+ years of enterprise software consulting or professional services experience 8+ years managing implementation or delivery teams Experience leading multiple concurrent ERP/CRM/D365 transformation projects Regional or global leadership experience Experience managing Delivery Managers and Project Managers Proven track record scaling consulting organizations Experience working with external implementation partners and subcontractors Strong customer-facing executive presence, including C-level interactionsPreferred Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience Experience in Dealer Management, Heavy Equipment, Manufacturing, or other asset-intensive industries Experience working in a global delivery model Multi-region resource allocation responsibility Budget ownership and forecasting responsibility At some point in their career, direct experience working as a consultant
