Litigation Paralegal

A well-established and respected law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to join its Pasadena office. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned litigation professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage complex litigation matters with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial, and will play a critical role in the successful management of high-profile cases. Responsibilities Manage complex litigation matters from inception through trial Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents Coordinate all aspects of discovery, including document review, production, and organization Prepare attorneys for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials Manage court deadlines and ensure compliance with all filing requirements Assist with trial preparation and provide on-site trial support when needed Qualifications 7+ years of litigation paralegal experience required Strong knowledge of discovery, motion practice, calendaring, and trial preparation Experience managing complex, document-intensive litigation matters Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 – $120,000.
