Audit and review documentation for required elements for Joint Commission compliance, Accurately assign and re-assign deficiencies to ensure timely record completion, assist external customers with release of information requests, scan documentation into Solarity and/or Media Manager, perform QA in Solarity, correct scanning errors in OnBase, monitor Epic work queues for declined or incorrectly assigned orders and documentation, and maintain physician suspension process.
