What You'll Bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state license or eligibility to practice as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Demonstrated experience or passion for working with children in school-based or pediatric settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students, supporting both individual and group needs within the school
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
• Assess, diagnose, and document communication disorders, track student progress, and adjust interventions as needed
• Educate and consult with teachers, families, and staff to foster a positive learning environment and facilitate carryover of strategies
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the school community
