HR MANAGER

We are currently seeking a HR MANAGER. Job Responsibilities and Duties: Manage on-site interviews and successful onboarding experience Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, labor laws and OSHA Implement staffing plans for proper coverage across departments Administer benefits, payroll, and employee engagement programs Handle performance management and professional development Facilitate safety meetings, workers compensation and safety programs Requirements: Licensure/Certification: PHR/SPHR certification preferred Experience: Manage on-site interviews and successful onboarding experience 3-5 years HR experience, healthcare setting preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field Benefits: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Disability Insurance Vision Insurance Employee Assistance Program 401(k) Life Insurance Paid Time Off Additional Benefits: Telemedicine: $0 co-pay for telemedicine appointments, providing easy access to medical consultations from the comfort of your home.
