Pay & Earnings As our Shop Leader, you''ll make 55% commission on all service sales with no caps , and up to 30% on all retail products sold each week! Your earnings are directly tied to your productivity and client demand. We reward performance weekly , so the more you build your book and connect with clients, the more you take home. Our Shop Leaders in Denver typically earn $50,000-$125,000+ per year , including average monthly bonus potential of $1,000-$1,500 . This depends on hours worked, client volume, and productivity behind the chair. Earnings are subject to performance behind the chair and are influenced by schedule availability, client demand, and individual productivity.
