We're seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher for a full-time contract position starting in October and continuing through the end of the school year. You'll engage with a diverse group of learners, split between elementary and middle school caseloads, helping them access their fullest potential.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid state certification in Special Education
• Previous experience working as a Special Education Teacher, preferably with both elementary and middle school students
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Proficiency in case management and collecting, analyzing, and maintaining accurate student data
• Commitment to providing individualized academic, social, and emotional support

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of students spanning elementary and middle school levels
• Develop, execute, and regularly update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collect and analyze student performance data to inform instruction and intervention
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to ensure appropriate accommodations and modifications
• Provide direct and consultative special education services within inclusive and resource classroom settings
• Foster a supportive, inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and empowered to learn
• Maintain thorough documentation and meet required deadlines for all case management tasks
