Job Title: Dental Office Manager Location: Granger, IN Job Type: Full-time Salary: $70,000- $80,000 base salary, with bonuses based on production goals Overview: We are seeking an experienced and organized Dental Office Manager to join our team in Granger, IN. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to manage a busy dental practice efficiently. This position is essential for ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional service to our patients. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the dental office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Manage front office staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Maintain patient records, manage appointments, and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction. Monitor and manage office budgets, revenue, and expenses, reporting on financial performance. Collaborate with the dental team to establish production goals and monitor progress towards achieving these targets. Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure a positive patient experience. Coordinate billing and insurance claims, ensuring accurate processing and follow-up. Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary. Ensure the office complies with health and safety regulations and maintains a clean and welcoming environment. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dental office management role. Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
