Location: Bolingbrook, IL Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Competitive Job Description Star Cinema Grill is an upscale, dine-in theater concept that offers guests first-run cinema releases, an extensive food menu, and a full-service bar with a wide selection of beer, wine, and spirits. Who We Are Seeking We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee all building-related activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensuring that facilities are safe and well-functioning in the region. The ideal candidate will be well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs. Responsibilities Repair, maintain, and manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards. Qualifications HVAC and refrigeration experience required. Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Good analytical/critical thinking. Relevant professional qualification (e.g., CFM) will be an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr Star Cinema Grill
