Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations including the selection onboarding training and supervision of team members.
• Ensure excellent results in guest service food quality sales profits and cost management.
• Oversee inventory and ordering of food and supplies to maintain sufficient stock levels.
• Ensure strict adherence to policies procedures and food safety regulations.
• Ensure facility safety and sanitation requirements are met in accordance with all regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in reading and writing.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Physical stamina to stand for up to 8 hours and carry objects.
