You will define end‑to‑end DRAM system architectures, guide long‑term technology direction, and partner with customers and executive leaders to bring innovative ideas into scalable products. You’ll also employ AI to improve design productivity and decision‑making across the stack.Responsibilities:Define next‑generation DRAM system architectures across performance, capacity, RAS, and telemetryLead cross‑stack co‑optimization across silicon, package, module, board, and systemArchitect advanced RAS and telemetry features and translate system requirements into siliconDrive long‑range memory technology strategy and influence industry standardsServe as a senior technical interface to customers, executives, and partnersMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in EE, CE, CS, or related fieldExtensive hands‑on experience in DRAM or memory systems architectureDeep understanding of DRAM timing, signaling, power, and reliability mechanismsProven ability to translate system requirements into silicon architectureExperience applying AI or LLMs for engineering efficiencyPreferred Qualifications:Master’s degree or PhD in a related technical fieldRecognized technical leadership across multiple products or teamsExperience engaging tier‑1 customers and ecosystem partnersHistory of architectural innovations adopted into productionAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
