Speech-Language Pathologist in Tracy, CA

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available at a K-12 school located in Tracy, CA. This on-site contract position begins ASAP and continues through the end of the school year (EOSY). The role involves managing a caseload of approximately 55 students across all grade levels.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for K-12 students
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams
• Implement evidence-based therapy techniques tailored to student needs
• Consult with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines

Qualifications:

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist Certification (SLP-CCC preferred, SLP-CF considered)
• Experience working in school settings with pediatric caseloads
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 55 students efficiently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
