Machine Operators, $20-$25/hr based on experience

1st shift 7am-3:30pm

2nd shift 3pm-11:30pm

3rd shift 11pm-7:30am

BONUS OPPORTUNITY: $3,000 after 3 months | $5,000 after 6 months

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage extrusion machinery effectively.
• Ensure production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Perform assembly tasks as needed.
• Utilize hand and power tools safely.
• Maintain high standards of quality in production output.

Essential Skills

• Mechanically inclined with a strong understanding of machinery.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic math skills for accurate measurement and calculation.
• Familiarity with extrusion processes

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Grafton, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
