Patient Registration Specialist

Greetings! LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly proficient Patient Registration Specialist to join one of their excellent healthcare organizations located in Muncie, IN! Responsibilities:

  • Confirm demographic, financial, and clinical information with patients.
  • Maintain professionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service.
  • Facilitate copay collection conversations with patients.
  • Facilitate patient flow from point of entry to the destination.

Requirements:

  • Some office, food service, or retail experience required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to go above and beyond with your customer service!

Work Hours: 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM rotating schedule with alternating weekends (40 hrs/wk) Job Type: Contract-to-hire
