Now Hiring: Director of Business Development

Are you a people person with a passion for building connections and helping others? Our nursing home is seeking a Director of Business Development to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our facility and attract new residents.
Build relationships with hospitals, community organizations, and referral sources to increase visibility.
Guide prospective residents and their families through the admissions process with compassion and professionalism.
Coordinate tours and provide detailed information about our services and amenities.
Collaborate with our team to maintain accurate census records and meet occupancy goals.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or a related field (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with families, residents, and referral sources.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Creativity and enthusiasm for developing innovative marketing strategies.
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors.
