This is a great opportunity for an early-career IT professional who wants real, hands-on exposure across a wide mix of systems and environments – office, production floor, and everything in between. We are looking for a  Help Desk Technician to join our team, supporting users across our Atlanta-area locations.

The Ideal Candidate:

This role reports to our IT Manager and is the first point of contact for technology across the company – the person people count on when something isn't working and they need it fixed. You'll get your hands on a real mix of environments: Windows and Mac endpoints, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, onboarding and offboarding, and the production-floor technology that keeps our presses and workflows running. It's the right seat for someone who's sharp, dependable, and eager to build a broad technical foundation – with real room to grow into more senior IT and Systems roles as we scale.

What You'll Bring:

• Calm, methodical troubleshooting instincts – you can triage, prioritize, and resolve Tier 1 issues across Windows, Mac, Microsoft 365, printers, and network connectivity, and document it all clearly along the way.
• A genuine customer-service mindset – patient, professional, and just as comfortable explaining a fix to a non-technical user as you are talking shop with IT.
• Working familiarity with the tools of the trade: Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Entra, ticketing systems like Jira, and remote-support tools.
• Hands-on reliability for the full employee tech lifecycle – workstation prep and deployment, onboarding and offboarding support – plus the judgment to know when and how to escalate.
• Reliable personal transportation and the flexibility to travel between our Atlanta-area locations as needed.
• 6–24 months of help desk, desktop support, internship, or equivalent hands-on IT experience; CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar is a plus but not required.
