Due to our continued success, we are expanding and looking for a passionate Operations Intern to join our team.ROLE:
We are looking for a motivated Operations Intern to support our Operations Department with day-to-day departmental needs. This internship will help you acquire skills and abilities and provide you with vast knowledge into our various projects.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain finished goods and component inventory tracking by warehouse within our inventory andaccounting software systems. Weekly reconciliation of inventory within the system and investigation of miss-alignment. Partner withinternal teams for obsolescence review process. Partner with the demand planning team to understand replenishment plans and ensure timely receipt of goods. Responsible for purchase orders and transfer orders receipt in NetSuite, matching quantities to our NetSuite transactions, and receipt of goods provided by warehouse. Investigate any discrepancy. Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations on components at select vendor locations. Intercompany flow: be responsible for warehouse transfer and transactions Preparing documents, packing lists, commercial invoices and shipping instructions. Review and send fill rate/cut reports weekly for retailers providing key performance indicators for the outbound and inbound teams Fulfill outbound orders to ensure fulfillment accuracy. Other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS:
