Drive Up & Go Supervisor

As a Drive Up & Go Manager, you’ll guide our in‑store online grocery operations and help create a seamless, accurate, and customer‑focused digital shopping experience. This is a fully in‑store, onsite position based inside our retail grocery location. Main Responsibilities Lead and coach 10–30 associates. Oversee picking, packing, staging, and handoff. Ensure food safety and department cleanliness. Monitor metrics, labor, and slot capacity. Resolve customer issues and improve processes. Partner with store leadership on scheduling and training. We Are Looking For Candidates Who Possess The Following Leadership and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail setting. Customer‑first mindset. Basic computer skills; food safety knowledge preferred. Ability to lift 25–50 lbs; HS diploma/GED. We Also Provide a Variety Of Benefits Including Competitive wages paid weekly.
