We are seeking an analytical and detail-driven Lab Technician for a contracted project in Lewiston ME, who is experienced in sensory evaluation, product proofing, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is an expert in maintaining high-volume laboratory quality systems, executing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and delivering real-time quality feedback to production lines. If you are passionate about blending scientific precision with the art of spirits production to ensure excellence across a world class spirits company's diverse product portfolio, this role is for you!
