The Sales Planning team is comfortable working in a deadline driven environment and being communicative about their deliverables. The most successful individuals understand how to prioritize their workload and can be agile and adapt quickly if an urgent matter arises. The team is focused on pricing integrity, media plan strategy and campaign delivery, but also on continued upskilling and leadership training and opportunities. You Will: Serve as resource in support of the governance process for the vertical planning team members Assist team members in responding to complicated client requests Serve as a resource to the planning team during the media plan development process Collaborate with the planning manager and planning director to identify resource challenges within the vertical. Assist the planning manager on onboarding and ongoing training of associate planners and planners Solid understanding of Dow Jones product offering and operational capabilities Help team members understand how they can successfully identify and mitigate problems before they occur. Team should develop skills to troubleshoot viewability, fraud, discrepancies, and more.
