The Role We are seeking a highly motivated, meticulous and enthusiastic Research Technician to lead neural data collection for the company. You will be the primary front-facing representative interacting with study participants. Responsibilities We are seeking a meticulous and professional candidate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The role also includes operational and coordination responsibilities, such as: Owning daily and weekly data collection throughput targets. Maintaining accurate participant records. Logging, tracking, and reporting technical events affecting data collection. Troubleshooting workflow bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions to: Hardware and software issues Sources of environmental interference compromising data integrity Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of software engineers, neuroscientists and AI researchers. Keeping participants calm and focused while troubleshooting a sensor under a tight schedule. Qualifications Bachelors or Masters in Psychology, Neuroscience, Therapy, Rehabilitation, or a related field. Knowledge of cognitive neuroscience and neuropsychological testing. 1-2+ years of hands‑on experience operating EEG hardware. Nice to Have Experience in a startup or fast‑paced clinical research lab where you had to wear multiple hats. Experience with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) when interacting with participants. Experience administering neuropsychological questionnaires in research or clinical settings. Experience helping build and execute end‑to‑end participant recruitment pipelines.
