About the Opportunity Physicians will own and operate their own practice entity while MedCBO provides non‑clinical business and operational support. This is not an employed physician position; the physician governs clinical operations, decisions, and patient‑care policies. Physician Responsibilities Provide care within your ENT specialty scope Develop professional relationships within the medical community Coordinate payer credentialing as required by MedCBO Determine clinical services offered by the practice Manage clinical quality and patient experience Practice formation coordination Billing and collections management Payer contract negotiation Financial infrastructure and reporting Operational workflows and staffing systems Technology platform and implementation Requirements MD or DO with an unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state of practice Board Certified or Board Eligible in an ENT specialty appropriate to the services provided Eligibility for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions preventing independent practice Interest in the independent practice model Preferred Desire for practice ownership Interest in community‑based care Leadership or program development interest Location Multiple U.S. markets available (urban, suburban, and rural). Relocation and market selection are physician‑directed, subject to licensure. Compensation Compensation is not a salary and is generated by the physician‑owned practice.
