Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Digital, Technology and Distribution Team as Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role would support our Digital & Technology TA Division. This team provides recruiting support for salaried management/support roles across the United States. This position ensures all responsibilities within the hiring and onboarding processes are completed accurately, timely and in compliance with country-specific governmental regulations and professional standards and practices.

Typical task breakdown:

• Provide administrative assistance to the recruiting team including generating required letters and documentation for prospective candidates, scheduling interviews, creating job postings etc.
• Assist in the benchmarking with industry competitors and development of hiring policy documentation.
• Prescreen resumes sourced against existing job requisitions at the direction of recruiters. Assist in interview scheduling with the hiring managers or administrative assistants. Schedule interviews with the prospective candidates.
• Provide a white glove service to our colleagues and candidates alike.
• Oversee/coordinate offer letters, contracts roll-out process, background/reference check process, security clearances and other pre-hire/transfer activities.
• Assist in execution of all pre-hire activities including collection of documents.
• Support gathering data required to create new hire record and update recruitment applications (Workday) as required to prepare records.

Education & Experience Required:

• Years of experience: 10+
• Degree requirement: HS Diploma

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $31.00 - $32.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
