Talent Acquisition SpecialistJob Description Required Education/Experience: High School Diploma Required Qualifications: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English Intermediate knowledge of working with web/computer-based applications (Microsoft Office) Required to perform the tasks in recruitment related applications such as Taleo, PeopleSoft, etc Ability to multi-task effectively in a matrixed team, high attention to detail, and the ability to think critically Ability to complete tasks on time as per defined Service Level Agreements (SLA's) Self motivated, an excellent team player with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders 10+ year of recruitment/human resources job related experience and volume hiring experience and managing a delivery organization with 5 or more resources will be a definite advantage Knowledge of at least one additional local language as applicable for span of support Familiar with company policies and procedures with a strong department background Able to build strong relationships with various stakeholders Position's Contributions to Work Group: We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Digital, Technology and Distribution Team as Talent Acquisition Specialist This role would support our Digital & Technology TA Division This team provides recruiting support for salaried management/support roles across the United States This position ensures all responsibilities within the hiring and onboarding processes are completed accurately, timely and in compliance with country-specific governmental regulations and professional standards and practices Typical task breakdown: Provide administrative assistance to the recruiting team including generating required letters and documentation for prospective candidates, scheduling interviews, creating job postings etc Assist in the benchmarking with industry competitors and development of hiring policy documentation Prescreen resumes sourced against existing job requisitions at the direction of recruiters Assist in interview scheduling with the hiring managers or administrative assistants Schedule interviews with the prospective candidates Provide a white glove service to our colleagues and candidates alike Oversee/coordinate offer letters, contracts roll-out process, background/reference check process, security clearances and other pre-hire/transfer activities Assist in execution of all pre-hire activities including collection of documents Support gathering data required to create new hire record and update recruitment applications (Workday) as required to prepare records Required Technical Skills: Ability to utilize HR technology specifically using applicant tracking systems (ATS) Calendar management Prioritization Soft Skills: Service Excellence: Knowledge and ability to provide a level service to address customer needs timely and professionally, solution minded common customer problems Relationship Management: Ability to provide prompt and effective responses to client requests and interactions. Knows when to think critically and alert the team to problems in client satisfaction Staffing and Recruiting: Documents current staffing requirements and obtains additional information where necessary Candidate Sourcing: Gathers information on how to improve the efficiency of candidate sourcing Ability to assist recruiter with sourcing activities Candidate Screening: Ability to screen candidates to obtain detailed information on knowledge, skills, motivation, etc Ability to follow Human Resources (HR) policies and standards during the candidate screening process. Including maintaining paper and electronic records of candidate information Responsibilities: When you are a Recruiting Coordinator, you will provide administrative/operational support throughout the recruitment and on-boarding lifecycle in accordance with the recruiting guidelines, policies and regulatory requirements for the applicable region and business Provide administrative assistance to the recruiting team including generating required letters and documentation for prospective candidates and scheduling interviews Assist and coordinate the recruiting activities among the assigned Sourcers, Hiring Managers and Recruiters Assist in interview scheduling with the hiring managers or administrative assistants Schedule interviews with the prospective candidates Send interview information to candidates and hiring managers Oversee/coordinate offer letters, contracts roll-out process, background/reference check process, security clearances and other pre-hire/transfer activities Assist in execution of all pre-hire activities including collection of documents Support gathering data required to create new hire record and update recruitment applications (Taleo/PeopleSoft) as required to prepare record for submission to HR Shared Services Ensure day one paperwork and documentation required for creation of personnel files is collected and forwarded to group responsible for document management**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.
