Plan, implement budgets, hire, train and supervise subordinates and apply relevant marketing principles to assure that the wants and needs of the guests are consistently exceeded. Create and implement new menus for food & beverage outlets, voyager 47 and banquets. Assist in strategic planning for F&B components of assets under company management.
