Bilingual Sales Representative

Our business scope covers CMP, photomask, wafer and mask inspection, consumable spare parts, SOI wafer, LCD process and inspection equipment and materials; outsourcing service in tool manufacturing; clean room and MEP turnkey projects, DI water, gas and chemical supply systems, water treatment systems, facility monitoring and control system, etc. Job overview: Marketech International Corporation USA (MICU) is seeking a bilingual Sales Representative to support our Chemical Department. This role will support customer communication, sales coordination, quotation follow-up, order tracking, and internal/external communication. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with both English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking teams. General Responsibilities: Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers. Support sales activities for chemical products, materials, and related services. Communicate with customers to understand needs, timelines, and requirements. Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales documents. Coordinate with internal teams, including procurement, logistics, warehouse, finance, and operations. Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding pricing, lead times, delivery updates, and documentation. Track customer inquiries, order status, and follow-up action items. Support bilingual communication between internal and external stakeholders. Assist with sales reports, customer records, and other administrative tasks as needed. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of experience in sales, sales support, customer service, business development, or a related role. Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in chemical, semiconductor, manufacturing, industrial supply, or technology-related industries. Experience coordinating with cross-functional and multicultural teams. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
