Bilingual Junior Construction Safety Associate
Kennesaw, GA - travel throughout Georgia and nationally

The Job
Safety on our jobs comes down to whether crews actually understand the programs, not whether the binder is current. This role puts you in front of office staff, field crews, and subcontractors, delivering training and onsite instruction on our safety programs and on federal and state regulations - and doing it in both English and Spanish, since a large share of the workforce on our sites is Spanish-speaking. Training that doesn't reach the crew in their language doesn't prevent anything, which is why this position is bilingual.

Day to day, you'll be implementing safety programs on active jobsites, running onsite training for employees and subcontractors, organizing workshops, and setting the example for how we expect people to work. The position is based out of our Kennesaw office, with regular travel to jobsites across Georgia and to our projects nationwide.

Who We're Looking For
Someone early in a safety career with real drive - a strong work ethic, a habit of solving problems rather than logging them, and genuine interest in seeing our crews and clients succeed.

Requirements:

• At least one year of construction safety experience
• OSHA 30 certification
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Willingness to travel in-state and out of state on a regular basis

Physical Demands
Expect to be on your feet roughly 80% of the time. You'll need to lift, push, and pull items up to 50 pounds without assistance.
