Processes Supply Chain agreements and contracts. Analyzes spending and contract impact and makes recommendations regarding action plans. Negotiates terms and conditions, including pricing, with potential vendors. Generates and maintains reports related to contracting matters and submits status updates to Management. Coordinates Procurement Steering Committee agenda and Equitable Distribution Program.
