This full-time position involves providing management and delivery of patient care plans in Carnegie/Crafton, PA and surrounding areas. The role requires on-call availability on weekends and local travel to patient locations.Job Details:Weekend Home Health RNs in Carnegie/Crafton PA:Schedule: Saturday and Sunday On-Call Fri, Sat and Sun2 Holidays a yearPay per Visit position so Earning Potential is unlimitedTravel is within 45min -1 hour$15K Bonus (Paid out quarterly)Outcome based Bonus ($1K per quarter)State of the Art Technology reducing time spent on chartingSchedules are built one-month in advance and there are schedulers to assist in schedule creationA comprehensive 6-week RN onboarding program with stipendKey Responsibilities:Lead and collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plansSupport patients in Carnegie/Crafton, PA and surrounding areasSpend ~20% of the day driving to/from patient locationsConsistently meet critical deadlines for chartingSelf-manage time and scheduleRequirements:Pennsylvania Active RN license1 year of professional experience as an RNAssociates Degree in Nursing or higherBLS/CPR Certification (If you don't have one, we'll help you get it!)Valid driver's license, reliable mode of transportation and auto insuranceMust reside locally
