Compensation and Benefits Compensation Range: 50,000.00 – 61,000.00 Share in the financial success of your restaurant with an uncapped bonus program. Paid Time Off: 0.03846 hours for each 1 hour worked. Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day operations throughout each shift, maintain brand standards, and create memorable guest experiences. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure excellence in every guest interaction. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age. At least 2 years of management experience. Open availability (including nights, weekends, holidays). Reliable transportation. Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills. Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate team dedicated to execution, hospitality, and service. Strong P&L knowledge. Ability to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law. Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Preferred: Knowledgeable of local and state health codes.
