Accounting Manager

  Manage the process of setting credit limits for customer accounts, managing credit holds and collection activities of accounts receivable balances.
  *
  Identify process improvements and design and implement solutions to assure maximum team performance and efficiency
  *
  Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and training
  *
  Oversee internal controls as relates to AR approvals in accordance with signature authority matrix
  *
  Actively participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes by preparing increasingly complex journal entries, monthly account reconciliations, and accurate and timely financial statements and supporting information.
  *
  Collaborate with all functional departments across the enterprise to provide financial reporting and tools that support sound decision making.
  *
  Oversee and participate in the documentation of financial policies, procedures and work instructions, making sure they are current and in-line with sound internal controls.
  *
  Perform accounting and reconciliations and related analysis and support to the business.
  *
  Assist with financial and tax audits, including interaction with the external auditors.
  *
  Perform other duties as assigned.
  *
